Ilana joined IRIS in 2020. As Community and Communications Manager, she is responsible for IRIS' voice within our ecosystem and manages our portfolio’s C-levels communities.

Before joining the team, Ilana worked at the Open Innovation department of Air France, where she supported the structuring of the innovation strategy, launched a corporate fund, and handled relations between businesses units and start-ups. At the same time, she was one of the lead organizers of the first Global Startup Weekend Women, an international initiative aimed at promoting women in the tech industry.

Previously, she co-created a start-up in Australia's car rental sector and worked for Bureau Betak, a production and design firm responsible for organizing some of the most recognized fashion shows in the industry.

She holds a master’s degree in Finance from ESB (European Business School) Paris, a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of New South Wales (Australia), and a postgraduate certificate in Negotiation from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (Peru).
