Alice Groth joined IRIS in 2026 to lead Investor Relations activities. She is responsible for strengthening existing relationships while exploring new opportunities to help raise funds.

Alice began her career at early-stage traveltech and insurtech startups in Paris and Berlin, before moving into venture capital with roles at Bpifrance and as a Growth investor at Korelya Capital. Prior to joining IRIS, she was part of the founding team at SISTAFUND, where she spent almost five years working on investments, fundraising and investor relations.

Alice sits on the Board of France Invest (Under 35 Board of Directors) and was featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Alice holds a double degree from HEC Paris and Ecole Polytechnique (X-HEC Entrepreneurs), and also studied at La Sorbonne and New York University.
