Marietta joined IRIS in 2025 as Sustainability Manager. In her role, she is responsible for defining and implementing the IRIS' sustainability roadmap, collecting and analyzing sustainability data for reporting, as well as providing operational support on sustainability to IRIS’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining IRIS, she worked as a sustainability consultant at Reporting 21 where she advised financial clients -particularly in venture capital and private equity- on sustainability strategies, impact investing, and EU regulatory requirements for investors. She also contributed to developing and deploying dedicated client offerings. Earlier in her career, she worked in management consulting for public sector entities, such as for the French Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Environment.

Originally from Germany, she relocated to France to study at Sciences Po Paris, where she egot a Master's degree in Macroeconomics and International Relations.
