Paul joined IRIS in 2025. As an Associate in the late-stage and growth investment team, he is supporting deal sourcing and execution with a focus on differentiated software solutions in niche verticals such as healthtech or supply-chain digitalisation.

Prior to joining IRIS, Paul was an Analyst working on buyout and growth investments at Five Arrows (Rothschild & Co) in London, where he spent time evaluating software and healthcare businesses.

Before Five Arrows, Paul honed his skills at Bryan, Garnier & Co, ENGIE New Ventures, and Crédit Agricole in advisory, investment and financing roles. He developed an appetite for entrepreneurship when participating in the development of a LegTech deep learning solution with a research group based at Columbia University.

Paul graduated from Imperial College London (MSc Finance & Accounting), Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master of Business Law), and IESEG School of Management (MSc in Management).
