Pauline joined IRIS in 2026. As a Senior Associate in the early-stage team, she sources, analyzes, and executes investments in the French market. She has with a particular interest in companies building at the intersection of bits and atoms, including deep tech, space, health, and industries reshaping the physical world.

Prior to joining IRIS, Pauline was an Investor at Alven, where she focused on early-stage investments across Europe and supported entrepreneurs from first meetings through investment execution. Before that, she gained experience across the capital stack at Quadrille Capital, working on Growth Equity, Secondaries, and Fund of Funds strategies. She began her career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan.

Pauline graduated from ESCP Business School in 2021. Prior to ESCP, she completed Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles, developing a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
