Viktor joined IRIS in 2026 as an Investment Manager in the Munich-based growth investment team, where he drives deal sourcing and execution across Europe, with a particular emphasis on Germany and a focus on B2B software and cybersecurity.

Previously, Viktor was an Investment Manager at Armira, where he focused on technology and services investments. He started his career in Investment Banking at Bank of America in Frankfurt and also gained experience at Apheon, supporting buy-and-build platform investments across various sectors.

Viktor holds a Master’s degree in Finance from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management
