Cambridge, USA and Paris, France September 9, 2026 – Implicity, a global leader in AI-driven cardiac remote monitoring, has secured a €35 million funding round led by European tech growth capital firm IRIS, alongside Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co.
Enabling clinicians to act on cardiac data at scale
Remote patient monitoring is the standard of care when it comes to cardiology following the 2023 HRS/EHRA/APHRS/LAHRS Expert Consensus1 . Today, care teams manage more data than ever, from cardiac implantable electronic devices to heart failure monitoring. While each new data stream provides valuable clinical insight, it also adds complexity for the clinicians piecing the full picture together. Too much time is spent navigating multiple systems and triaging alerts to identify events that require action. This administrative burden reduces time available for direct patient care, potentially delaying responses to the events that matter most.
Implicity solves this by providing a universal, AI-driven platform that aggregates, normalizes, and analyzes data across the full continuum of care — spanning cardiac rhythm management, heart failure, and beyond — regardless of device manufacturer.
"I didn't become a physician to manage data — I became one to treat patients" said Dr. Arnaud Rosier, electrophysiologist, CEO and co-founder of Implicity. "This funding lets us care for patients at scale, catching the information through the noise to provide the best possible care — and that's the future of cardiology I've been chasing since my first year as an electrophysiologist.”
Proven clinical impact and market traction
Unlike traditional remote monitoring solutions, Implicity has built deep clinical credibility through its CE and FDA-cleared AI algorithms and extensive real-world evidence. The company’s technology has demonstrated a measurable impact:
- 26% reduction in mortality2
- 4% reduction in hospitalization2
That evidence has translated into adoption on both sides of the Atlantic where their platform is used daily at over 250 medical centers representing 120,000+ monitored patients. In France, Implicity runs across major public hospital networks, from AP-HP to CHU Tours or CHU Grenoble, and at Institut Mutualiste Montsouris it supported a move from 250 to 5,000 patients monitored, a twentyfold gain in the productivity of the monitoring team. In the United States, it is embedded with leading academic health systems through the regular publications and a growing set of remote monitoring partners. In both markets, Implicity is already inside the institutions that set the standard of care, which is the platform it now intends to further build upon.
Fueling international growth and smarter AI predictive algorithms
This investment will accelerate Implicity’s international expansion, with a primary focus on scaling its commercial footprint and operations in the United States where the company has been operating from Cambridge (MA) since 2022. It will also fund the continued development of its artificial intelligence capabilities by working on the next generation of Heart Failure prediction algorithms to better serve medical teams and optimize care for remotely monitored cardiac patients.
Implicity intends to become the platform that consolidates a fragmented remote monitoring market. Its technology has already proven itself in cardiology, and that foundation is designed to extend into complementary new verticals.
Nicolas Herschtel, Partner at IRIS’ Growth team, added, “In the evolving healthtech landscape, long-term success requires a rare combination of robust technology, strict regulatory clearance, and undeniable clinical utility. Implicity has proven to be a highly trusted partner to complex health systems because its platform directly addresses the administrative and operational crisis facing hospital workforces today. We are thrilled to back the team as they cement their leadership in the US market and drive the next phase of digital healthcare infrastructure.”
François-Xavier Lehman, Director at Five Arrows, commented, "Implicity is a rare company where clinical superiority, regulatory credibility and genuine patient impact come together at scale. By turning fragmented cardiac data into action, it improves outcomes for patients while relieving the operational pressure on hospital teams. This is precisely the kind of sustainable, mission-driven business we seek to support."
