Marietta joinsfrom Reporting 21 where she advisedinvestors on sustainability and European regulation. With a Franco-Germanbackground and a Sciences Po Paris degree, she bridges strategy, impact, andexecution.
As Senior Associate, Bruno strengthens IRIS’ Growth team, with expertisein B2B software and InsurTech. Previously at D’Ornano + Co, he advisedinvestors and founders on strategic transactions. Based in Paris, his dualbackground in business and law (EDHEC, Lille Catholic University) adds a newskill to IRIS’ investment practice.
As Principal, Jakob joins the Venture team in Berlin to invest in B2Btech startups across the DACH region, with a particular passion for AI/B2BSaaS, industrial technologies, and energy. Before IRIS, Jakob was an investorat UVC Partners, after starting his career at Planetly, an ESG softwarepioneer, where he launched a new ESG management SaaS for private equity firms.Jakob holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the TechnicalUniversity of Munich.
As Associate, Paul joins the Growth team, focusing on differentiatedsoftware platforms in key verticals such as healthtech and supply-chain. Histrack record spans Five Arrows (Rothschild & Co), Bryan Garnier, ENGIE NewVentures, and Crédit Agricole, with an entrepreneurial stint at ColumbiaUniversity on a LegTech AI project.
